1. Usually within 45 days of your first eligible purchase transaction using your Singapore Airlines Westpac Cards, the promotional miles (10,000 for Singapore Airlines Westpac Platinum Card; 5,000 for Singapore Airlines Westpac Gold Card) will be transferred by Westpac to Singapore Airlines for crediting to your KrisFlyer account. If Westpac does not hold your valid KrisFlyer membership number, these miles will be transferred to your KrisFlyer account usually within 45 days of your providing this number to Westpac. Transfer of miles is subject to the Singapore Airlines Westpac Platinum Credit Cards Conditions of Use (PDF 468KB), or the Singapore Airlines Westpac Gold Credit Cards Conditions of Use (PDF 478KB). Customers who switch from an existing Westpac Credit Card or are Westpac Group Employees are not eligible to receive any promotional KrisFlyer miles on their first purchase, using their Singapore Airlines Westpac Cards.

4. This promotional rate is available at point of card application and applies to balances transferred from non-Westpac credit card(s), charge card(s) or store card(s). Each balance transfer must be a minimum of $200. Subsequent balance transfers will be charged at the standard purchase interest rate (currently 19.24% p.a. and variable) and will be treated as purchases with no interest-free days applying to them. Payments made to your credit card account are first applied to any amounts transferred from other credit card(s), charge card(s) or store card(s) under this promotion, before they are applied to any other cash advance or purchase amount. This means that the portion of your outstanding account balance that is subject to a lower interest rate will be paid off first. You will not gain the benefit of the interest-free period on credit purchases until the full balance (including any balance transfer and any other promotional amount) is paid by the statement due date each month. After 6 months the balance transfer rate will switch back to your credit card's standard variable interest rate for purchases then applicable to your card account.

5. The voucher (25,000 miles for Platinum Cards, 15,000 miles for Gold Cards) is only available for one-time use for one ticket or upgrade on Singapore Airlines for either the Principal cardmember or their KrisFlyer redemption nominee. The 50% discount is only applicable to the KrisFlyer miles required for the redemption of the award ticket or upgrade. The 50% discount is not applicable to miles used to pay for KrisFlyer service fees or to fees, taxes and surcharges chargeable for the flight. Offer is considered redeemed even if less than 25,000 KrisFlyer miles (for Platinum card) and 15,000 KrisFlyer miles (for Gold card) are used. Excess KrisFlyer miles will not be credited to the Principal cardmember's KrisFlyer account. Upgrade redemption award can be utilised on a commercial flight (in upgradeable class) purchased by Principal cardholder for travel on Singapore Airlines operated flights only. The voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of it being generated. Offer is subject to seat availability and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. 7. Miles are earned on purchases only. Miles are not earned on cash advances. Spend can be in Australian dollars or in a foreign currency. If purchase is in a foreign currency, miles earned are calculated on the converted Australian dollar amount.

8. The interest-free period applies on credit purchases only, where the closing balance (including any balance transfer amount or any other promotional amount) is paid in full by the statement due date each month. Interest on cash advances is calculated from the date the transaction is debited to your card account.

9. Insurance cover is issued by Zurich Australian Insurance Limited ABN 13 000 296 640 to Westpac Banking Corporation under separate Master Policies. Zurich is liable for separate risks insured under the terms of each of each policy. The benefits of the insurance from Zurich are extended to Westpac's cardholders (as third party beneficiaries) as complimentary benefits. This cover is automatically available, however the cardholder is under no obligation to accept the benefits of the cover and cover is subject to the terms and conditions and exclusions of the policy. For the benefit of the various insurance covers to extend to the cardholder, the cardholder must become eligible for the insurance as outlined in the relevant policy. For example, in the case of Overseas Travel Insurance the return tickets (but not taxes or airport or travel agent charges) must have been purchased using your card in accordance with the policy. This cover is available to you, your spouse, your parents and children for specified events. In the case of the Purchase Security and Extended Warranty Insurances the particular new item must have been purchased using the credit card. No Westpac Group company has any liability in connection with the insurance policies.
