Protects a range of new personal goods purchased anywhere in the world from loss, theft or accidental damage for 4 months from the date they are purchased using an Altitude Platinum card, in accordance with the policy.

Gives you an extension of up to 24 months on the standard manufacturer's Australian warranty on personal goods purchased using an Altitude Platinum card, in accordance with the policy.

Things You Should Know.

An additional card can be issued on the primary cardholder’s credit card account to any nominated person over the age of 16 years. All transactions using the additional card will be the responsibility of the primary cardholder. 1. If you purchase a return overseas air ticket using your Altitude Platinum Card in accordance with the policy prior to leaving Australia.

2. Insurance covers are issued by Zurich Australian Insurance Limited ABN 13 000 296 640 AFSL 232507 (Zurich) to Westpac Banking Corporation under separate Master Policies. Zurich is liable for separate risks insured under the terms of those policies. The benefits of the insurance covers are extended to Westpac's Platinum cardholders (as third party beneficiaries) as complimentary benefits. The cardholder is under no obligation to accept the benefits of the covers and cover is subject to the terms and conditions and exclusions of the policy. For the benefit of the various insurance covers to extend to the cardholder, the cardholder must comply with the insurance terms and conditions.
