Sign-In
To sign-in to Mobile Banking, access the internet on your mobile and browse to www.westpac.com.au. Enter your Customer ID and Password then click Sign In.
Check Balances
It's easy to check the balances of all of your accounts from your mobile. Simply view your account list to see your balances and available funds.
Transfer Funds
To transfer funds between your Westpac accounts, simply select "Transfer Funds" button and follow the instructions.
Transaction List
You can also view the previous 20 transactions on any of your accounts by selecting the account in the Accounts menu.
Profile Selection
If you have a Business Online profile, as well as your Personal Online Banking, you can select between the two on Mobile Banking.
BPAY
Pay bills using BPAY® to any of your existing billers. You can also schedule payments for a later date and choose the account you pay from – cheque, savings or credit card.

Pay Anyone
Send money to your friends, family and business to any account in Australia. The “Pay Anyone” feature lets you transfer money to your existing list of payees.
Just like Online Banking, the funds will be available in the other account in up to two business days.

Pending Transactions
Mobile Banking also allows you to see any pending bills and transfers in your account, so you can stay on top of your finances.
