  1. Altitude Rewards: The earning and redemption of Altitude Points is subject to the Altitude Terms and Conditions. You do not receive points if your card account is in arrears for two consecutive card statement cycles and in other circumstances. You must have earned a minimum of 3,000 points before you can redeem for any rewards. Altitude Points do not expire as long as you remain an Altitude cardholder unless the rewards program is terminated.
  2. Altitude Qantas: The earning and redemption of Qantas Points is subject to the Altitude Terms and Conditions You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem points in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
  3. Altitude Travel Service is operated by Pinpoint Travel Group Pty Ltd Licence No. 2TA002974. Blackout dates may apply. Offers may vary according to itinerary options, currency fluctuations and taxes at the time of booking. A credit card usage fee may apply.   4. Priority Pass Membership: To enrol, go to prioritypass.com/axwestpacblack Lounge usage in excess of two visits and all guest visits will be charged directly to your Altitude Black American Express Card at the visit fee of currently US$27 per person, per visit. The first two visits within each 12 month membership period are complimentary to the primary cardholder only, after which every visit would be charged as per the prevailing rates. Any accompanying guests will be charged US$27 per visit, which will be automatically charged on the cardholder’s Altitude Black American Express Card. The date of visits determines which year of membership the visit is allocated to. Unused visits cannot be carried forward to the following year of membership.   5. Qantas Store Products: are for delivery in Australia and New Zealand only (and different products are available in each delivery location). Redemption of points through the online store is subject to terms and conditions (including store terms of use and voucher terms and conditions). See qantas.com/store for details.
  6. Qantas Club Lounge Invitations. To be eligible for the two complimentary annual Qantas Club Lounge invitations, you need to first register at altitudeblack.com.au and then use your Altitude Black card in Australia to purchase selected Qantas products and services. Selected Qantas products and services are the following items purchased directly from Qantas: Qantas passenger flights (with a QF flight number), Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Club membership joining and annual fees. Excludes Jetstar, Qantas Holidays, Qantas branded non-airfare products and any Qantas products and services not purchased directly from Qantas. Each year, you’ll receive two complimentary lounge invitations once you have made the required spend on selected Qantas products and services. Qantas Club Lounge invitations are provided courtesy of Westpac, and are valid for Qantas Club and Qantas operated international Business Lounges only. Not valid in International First Class lounges, Chairman’s Lounge, Qantas Domestic Business, Qantas oneworld® alliance airline, partner airline or associated lounges. Each invitation is valid for a single visit before the date specified on the invitation, when travelling with Qantas or Jetstar with a QF or JQ flight number. Access and use is subject to Qantas Club rules, which are available at qantas.com/qantasclub. The two Qantas Club Lounge invitations will expire on the date printed on the invitations. Qantas Club Lounge invitations won’t be issued to customers who don’t firstly register at altitudeblack.com.au prior to making the eligible card spend.
  7. Qantas & Partner Classic Award Seats are subject to capacity controls and availability is limited. The number of seats available depends on the flight, date, season and destination. Some flights may not have any Classic Award seats available. For Classic Award flights, taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable in addition to the points required, are subject to change and are quoted at the time of booking. Award flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and other advance booking requirements may apply).
  8. Flight Upgrades are subject to capacity controls and availability is limited. Flight upgrades are not available on Classic Awards or on international airfares booked in E, N, O, P, Q, and X class (which includes some Any Seat Awards and some Red e-Deals). You must have an eligible paid and confirmed ticket on a Qantas operated service (with a QF flight number on your ticket).
  9. Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Awards are available on any flight with a QF or JQ flight number. The points required will be quoted when booked. There is no fixed relationship between the cash price charges by the applicable airline for a seat and the points required to redeem an Any Seat Award through Qantas Frequent Flyer. Special promotional fares may not apply. Award flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and other advanced booking requirements may apply).   10. Black Card Concierge Services are subject to the Westpac Rewards Credit Cards Concierge Service Terms and Conditions at westpac.com.au

Insurance AWP Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 52 097 227 177, AFSL 245631, of 74 High Street, Toowong, QLD 4066 (trading as Allianz Global Assistance) under a binder from the underwriter, Allianz Australia Insurance Limited ABN 15 000 122 850, AFSL 234708, has issued an insurance group policy to Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33 007 457 141 AFSL and Australian credit licence 233714 (Westpac), of 275 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 which allows eligible Westpac account holders and cardholders to claim under it as third party beneficiaries. The terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the group policy are set out in the Westpac Credit Cards Complimentary Insurance Policy,  which may be amended from time to time.   12. Optional Credit Card Repayment Protection is issued by Westpac General Insurance Limited ABN 99 003 719 319 (WGIL) and Westpac Life Insurance Services Limited ABN 31 003 149 157 (WLIS), each of which is liable for separate risks under the terms of the policy. This insurance product is distributed by Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33 007 457 141 (the Bank). The policy is not an investment in or deposit with the Bank. No Westpac Group company (other than the Bank as policy distributor and WGIL and WLIS as the product issuers) has any liability in connection with the policy or this document. The Bank does not guarantee payments under the policy.
  13. Bonus points promotion: The respective bonus points promotions are available when you apply for a new Altitude Platinum or Altitude Black credit card between 27th October 2017 and 31st January 2018, and spend the minimum amount of $5,000 on eligible purchases on an Altitude Black credit card or $3,000 on eligible purchases on an Altitude Platinum credit card within 90 days from card approval in one or more transactions. Eligible purchases do not include fees, cash, cash equivalent transactions, BPAY, refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account. The bonus Altitude Points or Qantas Points will be added to your points balance within 12 weeks once you meet the eligible spend criteria. Existing Westpac customers who currently hold an Altitude Platinum or Altitude Black credit card, or who have held one in the last 12 months are not eligible for this offer. Qantas Points earned during a statement cycle are added to your Qantas Points balance on a monthly basis.
  14. Discounted annual card fee in first year promotion: The discounted first year annual card fee promotion is available when you apply for a new Altitude Black card between 27th October 2017 and 31st January 2018. The first annual card fee at the rate will be debited to your card account on your first transaction and the full annual card fee, currently $395, will be debited annually thereafter.

Additional Cardholder. Additional credit card(s) can be issued on the primary cardholder’s credit card account to any nominated person 16 years or over. All transactions using the additional credit card will be the responsibility of the primary cardholder.
